Un tableau de James Tissot pour deux musées londoniens

12/1/23 - Acquisition - Londres, National Gallery of Art et National Portrait Gallery - Le portrait d’Algernon Moses Marsden de James Tissot, qui se trouvait dans une collection privée et s’était vu temporairement refuser la sortie du territoire britannique, a finalement été acquis conjointement par deux musées londoniens, la National Gallery et la National Portrait Gallery grâce au soutien financier des descendants du modèle, sir Martyn Arbib et ses enfants.
