Le Palais Barberini acquiert un tableau de Lanfranco
4/10/22 - Acquisition - Rome, Palazzo Barberini - Le Palais Barberini a retrouvé une toile qui avait orné ses murs au XVIIe siècle : La Mort de Cléopâtre par Giovanni Lanfranco (ill. 1) a été achetée par l’État italien à la Galerie Brun Fine Art de Milan et présentée au printemps dernier dans les salles du musée. Elle y avait déjà été visible en 2021 à l’occasion de l’exposition «L’ora dello spettatore. Come le immagini ci usano [1].»
