1/3/12 - Acquisition - Londres, National Gallery et Edimbourg, National Galleries of Scotland - Il a fallu racler les fonds de tiroirs pour acquérir le deuxième Titien du duc de Sutherland : Diane et Callisto. Son propriétaire avait déjà cédé son pendant en 2009, Diane et Actéon, pour la modique somme de 50 millions de livres (un « prix d’ami ») aux National Galleries of Scotland et à la National Gallery de Londres (voir les brèves du 28/8/08 du 27/1/09 et du 4/2/09).
