Concorde fountains: Paris City Hall no longer responds

« We received the decision this weekend and will not be commenting on this matter.". Such was the terse response received from the City of Paris press office, to which we had put the following questions:
* What is the annual budget allocated to maintaining the Concorde fountains, given that in 2017 it was, apparently, €40,000 a year.
* After the Olympics, the City was due to renovate the fountains’ water treatment system to prevent limescale deposits. Why has this work not been carried out, and when will it be?
* Why are the fountains not running continuously, and why are some of the jets not working?
