3/11/13 - Acquisition - Edimbourg, National Galleries of Scotland - Le point commun entre l’Italienne peinte par Corot et Laura Moubray portraiturée par Constable ? Lucian Freud. L’artiste possédait ces deux tableaux, laissés en dation (acceptance in lieu) après son décès en 2011 : le premier se trouve désormais à la National Gallery de Londres, le second est récemment entré aux National Galleries of Scotland. Freud l’avait probablement acquis lors d’une vente Sotheby’s à Londres, le 5 juin 2008.
