26/3/24 - Acquisition - Sèvres, Musée national de Céramique - Visitors to the excellent exhibition "La Manufacture des Lumières" (see article) will no doubt not have forgotten the fine collection of terracotta models, many of which were little known because they were hidden away from view: rediscovering these sculptures was a real revelation, especially as they were also miraculous survivors of the bombs of the Second World War.
