A medieval chest claimed by the Ministry of Culture

3/1/25 - Claim - Saint-Loup, église Saint-Loup - In 1975, a chest classified as a historic monument, dating from the 13th century according to the Palissy database file, was stolen from the church of Saint-Loup in the village of the same name in the Loir-et- Cher department (ill. 1 and 3). The work was described as originally coming from the Château de Sauveterre in the same commune.
