The National Museum in Warsaw is preparing the catalogue raisonné of the work of Polish painter Józef Chełmoński (Josef Chelmonski, 1849-1914). The book will accompany the monographic exhibition planned for next year.

We are looking for Chelmonski’s works in private collections. Having lived in Paris between 1875 and 1887, the artist enjoyed considerable success, thanks in particular to his scenes with horses.
