L’Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney, Australie, organise de novembre 2009 à février 2010 une importante rétrospective consacrée au peintre australien expatrié Rupert Bunny (1864-1947) qui vécut et peignit à Paris et ses environs puis dans le sud de la France pendant près de cinquante ans (1886-1932).

Dans le cadre de cette préparation, l’Art Gallery of New South Wales est à la recherche de peintures et estampes ainsi que de tout document d’archives se rapportant à Rupert Bunny.

The Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, is seeking paintings and works on paper by the Australian expatriate painter Rupert Bunny (1864-1947) who spent nearly fifty years (1886-1932) painting in Paris and its surrounds. The Art Gallery is seeking these works and archival information on the artist as part of its project to mount a major retrospective exhibition on Rupert Bunny in Sydney from November 2009 - February 2010.
