Souscription pour le manuscrit des Douze Césars
27/8/14 - Appel à mécénat - Paris, Bibliothèque nationale de France - On l’appelle le « manuscrit des Douze Césars », en référence à Suétone, mais ce sont en réalité seize empereurs romains qui ont été délicatement représentés par le célèbre enlumineur Jean Bourdichon (1457-1521), peintre à la cour de quatre rois de France successifs : Louis XI, Charles VIII, Louis XII et François Ier.
