La Mort de la Vierge de Carlo Saraceni offerte au Metropolitan Museum

4/2/20 - Acquisition - New York, The Metropolitan Museum - Les anniversaires des musées américains sont l’occasion pour ceux-ci de recevoir encore plus de dons que d’habitude. C’est ainsi que 2020 promet d’être riche sur ce plan pour le Metropolitan Museum qui avait déjà reçu à la fin de l’année dernière, en anticipation de son cent-cinquantième anniversaire, plusieurs tableaux de Dahl, Balke et Carus (voir la brève du 24/12/19) et une toile de Giacomo Ceruti (voir la brève du 22/1/20).
