19/11/03 - Acquisition - Madrid, Musée du Prado - Le musée madrilène vient d’acheter, auprès de Wildenstein et pour la somme de 23 millions d’euros, un tableau de Diego Velázquez datant de 1650 et peint lors de son second séjour à Rome. Contemporain du Portrait d’Innocent X (Galleria Doria-Pamphilj) et de celui de Juan de Pareja (New York, Metropolitan Museum), il représente un buste d’homme qui a été identifié comme le portrait de Michelangelo Augurio, barbier du pape [1].
