Salle d’Armes Coudurier: the usefulness of a Remarkable Heritage Site

According to a well-informed source, and we will of course come back to this very important news soon, the City of Paris will vote in June on the creation of a major Remarkable Heritage Site ("Site patrimonial remarquable" or "SPR") with a Conservation and Enhancement Plan ("Plan de sauvegarde et de mise en valeur" or "PSMV") at the centre of Paris that would bring together the first seven or eight Parisian arrondissements. Two other sites are also planned, Montmartre and the Butte-aux-Cailles, while a fourth Remarkable Heritage Site, the outline of which is yet to be defined, this time subject to an architecture and heritage enhancement plan [1]
