The Friends of the Musée du Grand Siècle are launching a crowdfunding campaign for a Parrocel
11/11/24 - Crowdfunding - Saint-Cloud, Musée du Grand Siècle - Crowdfunding is an effective way of enriching a museum’s collections, but the Musée du Grand Siècle had not yet been set up. This has now been done through its Society of Friends. The Society wishes to donate an unpublished painting by Joseph Parrocel entitled The Miseries of War, which will be acquired from the dealer Christophe Janet, for only €12,000.
