16/2/25 – Acquisitions – Chicago, Art Institute – The information comes as no surprise, as rumours had been circulating for some time. The Art Institute of Chicago has just confirmed that it has been offered the Horvitz collection, which consists of some 2,000 drawings, 200 paintings and around 50 sculptures, all of 16th- to 19th-century French art.
